1) Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia only.
2) How long does it take to process my order?
Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Orders placed after 12:00 noon AEST/AEDT, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed the next business day.
3) What are the delivery times?
Estimated shipping time after dispatch: 7–9 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier capacity.
Remote areas may take a little longer.
4) How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.
5) Do I get tracking?
Yes.
Every order includes tracked delivery.
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.
6) What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

7) Can I exchange a size?
Yes.
Start a return request and select “Exchange.”
We will confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.
8) Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
9) What payment methods do you accept?

10) Will I pay customs or duties?
Orders shipped within Australia do not incur customs or import duties.

12) Are your photos and colours accurate?
We aim for true-to-life colours and simple lighting.
Small variations may occur depending on device and screen settings.
13) My parcel shows delivered but I can’t find it.

15) How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After we process your refund, banks typically take 3–10 business days to post the amount.
